Good morning. I have found neither the source code of the drivers inherited from mango (ie modbus) nor the source code from seroUtils.jar. ¿Are they open source too?

Hello Sebastian,
ScadaBR uses some open sources libraries as Modbus4J https://sourceforge.net/projects/modbus4j/?source=directory, and uses Serotonin´s seroUtils.jar, wich so far has no clear license declaration... this has being troubling us for some time as ScadaBR is a branch development from MangoM2M.
So far, no problems have risen from this usage but we aim to replace seroUtils as we go.
You can get the seroUtils.jar and use it for linkage in your developments.
